The standard deviation vs. Stress (std vs. Stress) plot shows the value of the standard deviation as a function of the stress, based on the assumed life distribution and life-stress model. In the case of multiple stress types, only one stress is varied while the others are held constant as specified in the Use Stress Level window. |
