Description
- The ProjectID element is required.
- If the ProjectID element value matches an existing project ID, the project will not be imported.
- If the ProjectID element value is not empty and does not match an existing project ID, the specified ProjectID element value will be used.
- If the ProjectID element value is empty, the next available project ID will be used.
