The detail will be updated if the ContactID element value matches an existing contact, if no match is found the detail will not be update.<br>
If the ContactID is not present the FirstName and LastName element values must match an existing contact for an update to occur.
 
===Delete===
The detail will be deleted if the Contact element has no child elements.
