The standard deviation vs. Stress (std vs. Stress) plot shows the value of the standard deviation as a function of the stress, based on the assumed life distribution and life-stress model. In the case of multiple stress types, only one stress is varied while the others are held constant as specified in the Use Stress Level window.
The Std vs. Stress plot shows the standard deviation of failure time as a function of stress level, thus providing information about the spread of data at every given stress level on the x-axis.
