Update
The detail will be updated if the ContactID element value matches an existing contact. If no match is found, the detail will not be updated. If the ContactID is not present, the FirstName and LastName element values must match an existing contact for an update to occur.
Delete
The detail will be deleted if the Contact element has no child elements.
